About HCICompany InfoHeuston Consulting was organized June 1995, as a New Jersey corporation. It was moved to Arizona and reincorporated in 2000.HCInc specializes in research aimed at advanced technology problems of management decisions under uncertainty. Specific research is aimed at solving Data Mining/Web Mining problems arising from the chaotic Health Care Internet database. Early Editions of the book were initiated at and for a large teaching hospital. We also offer consulting services and research on problems of managment decisions, long range planning, statistical analysis and forecasting, DataMining, life cycle cost analysis and estimating. Biographies Michael D. Gainey, MD Dr. Gainey has a M.D. from the University of California, San Francisco. He trained as an intern and resident at the University of Colorado, Denver, Colorado and he was a cardiac surgery resident at the Good Samaritan Hospital, Los Angeles, California. Dr. Gainey practices thoracic, vascular, and general surgery in Reno, Nevada. he is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American board of Thoracic Surgery. Milton Heuston Mr.Heuston has a M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, California and a M.S.M.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, New Jersey. He is a member of the Institute of Operations Research and Management Sciences, the Medical Library Association, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and the American Statistical Association.
