Previous Healthcare Projects Developed by Healthwebdirectories.com:
Specialized Directory VETERANS HEALTH CARE DIRECTORY, 3/09 This specialized category directory grows in size every year since the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. Many sites listed by the big search engines for veterans contain information that don’t qualify as good medical resources, in our opinion, and we have filtered them out. The sample menu items shown below are the three most popular for each site and are quotes from the site’s home pages. We hope that Veterans find the information they are looking for in our list. We appreciate your comments and suggestions.
We Are Different Our directories of sites by categories are different than what you can find on traditional search engines and their gigantic directories? We filter and condense the mass of sites offered by these search engines and also the DEEP WEB for specific healthcare keywords and phrases. We also annotate each resource site that we select for our master database with succinct descriptive information about the sites’ menu, technical content, ownership, links, publications, and other characteristics. This annotation takes time, personal attention, and filtering to construct and maintain from year to year. These characteristics of our selected sites help to identify quality and credibility, and help our customers click on the most useful resources as they browse through our unique and specialized categories. Google even recommends using directories to get familiar with topics and scope, ways to narrow searches, and to view only sources evaluated by special editors. Their directory and other search engine directories are gigantic. Our directory is small and specializes on one main and important standard category generally called Health & Medicine.
